She attended University of San Francisco School of Law where she was a member of the Maritime Law Journal. She received her Juris Doctorate degree in 2003.
Mona’s practice is primarily dedicated to representing injured plaintiffs in a broad range of catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death cases. She enjoys helping people who otherwise could not afford to hire an attorney and takes pride in offering effective representation at fees that are lower than other firms.
Mona’s exceptional record of success is noted by her peers and clients. She has successfully resolved cases against large corporations and insurance companies such as 7-11, Home Depot, Farmers, Allstate and Geico (to name a few), winning cases that would have otherwise been denied or low-balled.

Attending college in her hometown of Washington State, Gina obtained her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Puget Sound and her Juris Doctorate from Seattle University School of Law in 2000. She launched her law career at a boutique general practice firm in Nevada, prior to relocating to the San Francisco Bay Area, where she now calls home. She is licensed to practice in all state and federal courts in Nevada and California.
Gina is dedicated to representing individuals who have been injured in motor vehicle accidents, bicycle collisions, slip and falls, dog bites, product injuries, traumatic brain injury and other catastrophic injury cases. She also represents individuals and entities in claims against their own insurance companies for wrongfully denying coverage.
Before becoming a plaintiff’s attorney, Gina spent 10 years working at the top insurance defense and insurance coverage firms. Her experience on both sides of a case, and understanding of insurance coverage, gives her a unique tactical advantage that has proven to be invaluable in successfully resolving some of the more challenging cases, including cases which were initially denied or severely undervalued.
Gina is also a state certified rape crisis counselor, providing volunteer advocacy and pro bono legal services for clients of Bay Area Women Against Rape.
